Employee Experience

Summary

This page records verified Workforce Scheduling UI and operational behavior and identifies unsupported capabilities explicitly.

Audience

Business users, developers, QA engineers, support engineers, solution architects, and implementation partners.

Reference Content

Employees do not have a scheduling screen. The Self Service navigation exposes Attendance rather than Shifts. Attendance views can show punches, daily status, work hours, holidays, and weekly-off effects, but no reviewed screen shows an assigned shift schedule or future roster.

The employee record and reports can display the fixed shift name or an unassigned state. Those are administrative/profile representations rather than employee-controlled scheduling.

Not implemented: self-service shift preferences, availability, swaps, assignment acknowledgement, schedule publication, calendar subscription, or shift-change notification.
