Administrative Experience
Summary
This page records verified Workforce Scheduling UI and operational behavior and identifies unsupported capabilities explicitly.
Audience
Business users, developers, QA engineers, support engineers, solution architects, and implementation partners.
Reference Content
Administrators can reach scheduling-related controls through several existing workspaces:
| Workspace | Verified capability |
|---|---|
| Shift Management | Shift CRUD and attendance-policy create/update |
| Employee Management | Select one fixed shift while editing attendance rules |
| User Management | Select one fixed shift in employee payroll details |
| Holiday Settings | Maintain holidays and weekly-off day toggles |
| Settings Hub | Navigate to the shift screen |
| Activity administration | Does not include Attendance in its reviewed module feed list |
| Integrations & Features | Read-only session feature list and general service status attempts |
Compatibility is transitional: the same shift UI may reach the monolith or Attendance Service based on gateway cutover state. Policy administration is routed to Attendance Service when the scheduling slice is enabled. No UI identifies the active owner.
