Workforce Scheduling / Shift Management
Summary
HR Suit implements a Transitional shift-policy foundation rather than a complete workforce scheduling product. Administrators can define named shifts and weekly offs; the extracted Attendance Service can store effective-dated employee assignments and resolve a shift into attendance thresholds. Attendance results then carry hours, overtime, shortfall and paid units toward Payroll.
No verified roster calendar, rotation engine, shift template, monthly or weekly schedule builder, department/team/factory allocation, swap workflow, staffing-demand model or scheduling notification exists.
Audience
Employees, managers, HR and payroll administrators, product owners, implementation partners, QA, support and solution architects.
Overview
All pages remain Draft and describe static source evidence only. Deployment state, tenant configuration and production policy require confirmation.
