Offers support creation, document generation, revision, internal approval/rejection, sending, candidate acceptance/rejection or decline, withdrawal, and onboarding handoff.

Offer flow

The diagram shows the intended command paths, not a fully enforced state machine. General status changes and public token flows allow broader behavior than this simplified path. Revisions create revision evidence, reset the offer to Draft, and regenerate the letter. An accepted offer cannot be withdrawn through the dedicated withdrawal command.
