Recruitment Application Process

Summary

The public careers process lists open positions and accepts an application only for an opening that remains Open.

Audience

Recruitment operations, hiring stakeholders, product, engineering, QA, support, and architecture teams. Candidate-facing behavior is identified explicitly.

Overview

The public careers process lists open positions and accepts an application only for an opening that remains Open.

Candidate application flow

Duplicate detection is scoped to the tenant and opening and compares supplied email or phone against candidates already linked to that opening. It is not a global candidate deduplication or merge engine. Resume content, when supplied, is delegated to Document Service; a filename without content can produce a reference-only record.

Requires confirmation

Formal ownership, production policy, authorization parity, and approved operating procedures require confirmation.
