Performance Operational Smoke Testing

Summary

The Performance smoke asset covers health, canonical lifecycle, reports, audit/timeline/outbox evidence, optional Workflow behavior, Notification resolution evidence, compatibility, gateway coexistence, and backfill/parity checks.

Use only an approved non-production environment and synthetic data. Record pass/fail by capability and sanitized correlation/time evidence. A smoke pass does not prove load, accessibility, security, disaster recovery, or production readiness.

Broker-specific operations, production addresses, payloads, test identities, and commands are intentionally omitted.

Safety and confirmation boundary

No production command, secret, configuration value, internal address, infrastructure detail, direct data change, or replay instruction is provided. Production ownership, approvals, service objectives, alerting, and recovery authority require confirmation.
