Performance Support and Escalation

Summary

Classify the first failing boundary before escalation.

Collect only sanitized time, environment category, route/capability, status/error category, correlation reference, lifecycle state category, and recent approved change. Do not collect credentials, tokens, personal/evaluation content, or infrastructure details.

Safety and confirmation boundary

No production command, secret, configuration value, internal address, infrastructure detail, direct data change, or replay instruction is provided. Production ownership, approvals, service objectives, alerting, and recovery authority require confirmation.
