Performance Reports

Summary

Cycle-scoped reports provide current-state completion, rating distribution, manager-pending, HR-calibration-pending, and goal summaries.

Audience

HR administrators, managers, employees, product owners, implementation partners, engineering, QA, support, architecture, and security reviewers as applicable.

Overview

Reports are tenant-scoped and read-only. The Performance admin UI and dashboard surface current-cycle metrics and unavailable states.

Confirmed business behavior

The dashboard groups appraisal states and completion. Other reports aggregate rated appraisals, manager queues, HR queues, and goal weightage. These are operational current-state reports, not historical analytics.

Business rules

A visible cycle is required. Empty cycles return zero/empty aggregates. Reports do not mutate appraisals.

Maturity

The capability is Transitional because canonical staged behavior coexists with compatibility behavior and incomplete authorization governance.

Requires confirmation

Historical trends, data warehouse ownership, exports, privacy suppression, row-level report authorization, retention, and formal KPI definitions require confirmation.
