Performance Integrations
Summary
Confirmed Performance integrations are Gateway/ESS routing, optional Workflow approval, Notification intents, Identity/tenant context, and outbound messaging.
Audience
HR administrators, managers, employees, product owners, implementation partners, engineering, QA, support, architecture, and security reviewers as applicable.
Overview
Employee identifiers associate appraisals with people, but Performance does not call Employee Service for profile enrichment. Notification resolves all confirmed lifecycle event types. No Document or Payroll business call is implemented.
Confirmed business behavior
Workflow can own manager/HR approval. Gateway provides native, compatibility, shadow, and employee self-service boundaries. Notification creates employee, manager, or HR intents based on lifecycle signals.
Business rules
Workflow-managed appraisals reject direct decision actions. Notification email depends on downstream recipient enrichment. Final rating signals have no confirmed promotion or Payroll consumer.
Maturity
The capability is Transitional because canonical staged behavior coexists with compatibility behavior and incomplete authorization governance.
Requires confirmation
Formal ownership, permission scope, operating policy, and approval governance require confirmation.
