Onboarding & Offboarding UI Overview
Summary
The implemented experience consists of offer management, a Recruitment onboarding workspace, a public offer-response page, a Recruitment dashboard/reports area and an HR Operations exit workspace. There is no unified lifecycle console.
Audience
Business users, QA and support staff who need a verified map of visible behavior.
Reference Content
| Surface | Primary audience | Verified purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Offers | Recruiter, HR administrator | Create and manage offers, preview documents and move accepted offers to onboarding |
| Public offer response | Candidate | Review and accept/sign or reject an offer through an opaque action link |
| Onboarding | Recruiter, HR administrator | Select accepted candidates, collect employment details and complete employee handoff |
| Recruitment dashboard and reports | Recruitment roles | Review pipeline, offer and joining indicators |
| Exit | Employee or privileged reviewer | Submit/track resignation, decide pending requests and process eligible access revokes |
The workspaces provide headers, metrics or explanatory panels, tables/lists, loading and empty states, inline errors, success feedback and confirmation modals where destructive or decision actions are involved. Reloads occur after successful mutations; no automatic polling was verified.
The onboarding layout uses minimum-width grid columns. Its form grid can reflow, but the workspace has no verified small-screen breakpoint and may require horizontal space. The exit tables also use a wide minimum table width. Keyboard and screen-reader behavior is only partially evidenced through native inputs, labels and selected button labels; no lifecycle-specific accessibility test suite was found.
