The Onboarding workspace shows Accepted Candidates, Pending, In Progress and Completed totals derived from the loaded workspace. The Recruitment executive dashboard adds joining-this-month, joining rate, this-week joining and onboarding-pending indicators, plus offer acceptance and offer outcomes. It can derive fallback values from workspace rows when report values are unavailable, so values may combine authoritative reports with client-calculated fallbacks.

Recruitment Reports exposes Dashboard, Pipeline, Interviews, Offers and Joining tabs. Each source is loaded independently; a failed report can appear as unavailable while other tabs remain usable. The dashboard also presents retry controls and explicit unavailable states for some sources.

Main people dashboard joiner and exit counts are derived from available employee-row date fields. That is not a dedicated offboarding report and may be incomplete when compatibility exit data is not projected into employee reporting fields.
