LMS Mandatory Training

Summary​

The manager report labels a metric “MandatoryCoursesIncomplete,” calculated as published course identifiers not present among one employee’s completed enrollments. The current manager route scopes its identifier directly to an employee reference.

There is no mandatory flag, policy entity, audience/role targeting, organizational eligibility, recurring assignment, waiver, due-date policy, compliance escalation, or automatic enrollment. The metric is a simplified coverage comparison and must not be treated as a confirmed mandatory-training policy engine.

Requires confirmation​

Business ownership, policy approval, fine-grained eligibility, service objectives, and future lifecycle governance require confirmation where not implemented.
