Helpdesk Gateway Event Interaction

Finding​

Gateway interaction is synchronous request routing and forwarding. No Gateway publisher or consumer for Helpdesk integration events was found. The Gateway can cause a Helpdesk lifecycle operation by forwarding an HTTP request, but Helpdesk owns any resulting event construction and outbox write.

Employee-service and compatibility route selection must not be represented as event routing. Broker topology and Gateway routing are independent boundaries in the verified implementation.

  • Gateway as synchronous trigger path: Implemented/Transitional.
