CQRS and Dispatch

Summary

Commands and queries are separated as directly injected services. Result<T> classifies validation, missing, conflict, and forbidden outcomes. There are no marker interfaces, dispatcher, MediatR, or pipeline behaviors. Compatibility services coexist transitionally.
