Employee Operational Checklist

Summary​

These checklists contain only source-supported, safe verification points. Platform-specific commands and approvals must come from governed deployment procedures.

Reference Content​

Pre-deployment​

  • Confirm reviewed artifact, safe configuration categories, database migration plan, authentication trust, gateway destination, and ownership.
  • Review schema/identifier compatibility and outstanding reconciliation decisions.
  • Confirm no secret-bearing values appear in evidence.

Post-deployment​

  • Validate process health, startup/migration evidence, authenticated tenant-scoped smoke behavior, correlation/log flow, and route source.
  • Confirm outbox staging separately from relay delivery.
  • Preserve sanitized test evidence.

Daily or regular checks​

  • Review service availability, error trends, migration drift, and approved outbox backlog/failure indicators.
  • Confirm support ownership and documentation review dates.

Incident checks​

  • Establish scope, route source, identifier family, recent changes, health versus dependency state, and correlation evidence.
  • Escalate security-sensitive or personal-data exposure immediately through approved channels.

Cutover readiness​

  • Require UI/API parity, identifier/data mapping decision, shadow/smoke evidence, consumer/outbox expectations, reconciliation criteria, and multi-owner approval.

Rollback readiness​

  • Confirm prior route destination and artifact availability, migration/data implications, reconciliation owner, validation steps, and communication approval.

Documentation review​

  • Revalidate source references, limitations, ownership, safe configuration categories, and status labels after material changes.
