Summary

The Employee profile combines identity, contact, employment, organization, personal, professional, banking, government-identification, document-reference, note, and timeline information. This page names categories only and does not expose personal values.

Purpose

Define what business information is confirmed in the employee record and where policy, access, validation, or ownership remains unresolved.

Business boundaries

  • Profile information is tenant-scoped.
  • Employee code and email have tenant-scoped uniqueness rules at creation; email remains unique on update.
  • Profile collection updates replace the submitted collection rather than defining an approval lifecycle.
  • Sensitive profile categories require appropriate access, retention, and privacy governance; those policies are Requires confirmation.
  • A document reference does not prove that Employee owns file storage or the complete document lifecycle.
