What identifies an employee?
An employee has a tenant-scoped record identity and a required employee code. The employee code must be unique within the tenant.
What status does a new employee receive?
A new employee is created as Active and is marked active.
Which employee statuses are supported?
Active, On Leave, Suspended, and Terminated.
Can an employee have no department, designation, or manager?
Yes. All three organization relationships are optional. When supplied, the referenced records must satisfy the confirmed active and tenant-visible rules.
Can an employee report to themselves?
No.
Does changing department automatically change designation or manager?

Is there a complete probation process?

Can a terminated employee be rehired?

Does Employee automatically disable the Identity account on exit?
