Existing evidence
One repository-level PowerShell smoke harness exercises core lifecycle and validation behavior, with optional workflow, document, notification, clearance, compatibility, gateway, backfill, parity, and cutover scenarios. It performs runtime HTTP and persistence assertions.
Dedicated endpoint unit tests, WebApplicationFactory integration tests, OpenAPI snapshot tests, consumer/provider contract tests, isolated gateway tests, authorization tests, cross-tenant security tests, fuzzing, load tests, and CI ownership were not found and are Not implemented. Recommended future coverage is not presented as existing capability.
Classification
The API is Transitional. Capabilities explicitly described as absent are Not implemented. Host diagnostics and evidence routes are Foundation. Production exposure, ownership, and governance Require confirmation.
